Key Responsibilities Assessing patients accurately based on their medical conditions Administering medications as prescribed and performing treatments Providing age-appropriate care and patient education, including family involvement Collaborating with team members to coordinate care and assist with procedures Addressing psychosocial needs and communicating with social services for discharge planning Practicing cost-effective resource management Prioritizing patient safety and minimizing risks Engaging in lifelong learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program Computer literacy RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
