Competitive Salary Benefits Vacation Etc Job Details In the fast-paced world of manufacturing, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This full-time, permanent position provides an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our human resources department. The HR Manager will be a strategic partner in driving our company’s vision and mission while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational development, strategic planning, and change management. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent. Oversee and administer compensation and benefits plans. Evaluate training programs and their effectiveness to improve staff performance. Lead the development of workforce plans and resourcing strategies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience. Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.) Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Thorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field. Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational change and development. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in managing compensation and benefits plans. Proficient in workforce planning and resourcing.
