Electronic Assembler

We’re hiring Medical Device Assemblers in State College, PA! This role supports medical device manufacturing through precision assembly, soldering, inspection, and documentation. If you’re highly detail-oriented, have strong manual dexterity, and enjoy hands-on work with small components, this is a great opportunity to join a medical device manufacturing team. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $17–$24/hr, depending on experience Type: 12-Month Contract Location: State College, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | Onsite Key Responsibilities Assemble miniature medical device components using written procedures, drawings, and detailed manufacturing instructions. Perform precision assembly tasks including hand soldering, bonding, and cable assembly. Work under a microscope and use small hand tools such as tweezers, picks, and X-Acto knives. Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions. Perform product inspections and basic testing to ensure quality and accuracy. Complete production and quality documentation accurately and maintain organized records. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all quality and safety procedures. Support continuous improvement and other production activities as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity. Ability to work with small or delicate components and sit for extended periods. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience. Experience working under a microscope. Hand soldering or bonding experience.
