We are seeking a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing general dentistry practice. The ideal candidate must have previous front desk experience in a general dental office and would ideally be proficient with Dentrix practice management software. Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Work the office re-care and unscheduled treatment reports to maintain a complete
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix.
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements.
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Previous front office experience in a general dentistry practice required.
- Proficiency with Dentrix dental software is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
