Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VA

As a Project Manager, you'll lead full-cycle civil construction projects across commercial, residential, multifamily, and transportation sectors. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with internal estimating and engineering teams, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. The role is based in Woodbridge, VA, with weekly site visits to projects within a 60-mile radius (with majority of projects in Prince William's County). This is a leadership-track role with the opportunity to shape project delivery and team culture.

Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline requirements. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential risks or delays. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve goals. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all team members and stakeholders.

A successful Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VA should have:

Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle project management experience with site development construction
Background in self-perform contracting and/or subcontractor management.
Comfortable working in-office 5 days/week with flexible scheduling.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VA:

Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000+ (Dependent on experience)
Car and gas allowance of $700-$750 per month.
Performance-based bonus ranging from 2% to 15% of annual salary.
Health/Dental/Vision
PTO: 2 weeks paid time off, 1 week sick leave, and an additional week of PTO after 3 years of employment.
