Job Details Job Location: West Salt Lake City, UT 84101 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Description: Housekeeping Supervisor Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and quality standards are maintained throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, managing supplies, and ensuring an exceptional level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff including room attendants, housepersons, and laundry personnel. Assign daily cleaning schedules and inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected in a timely manner, especially during high occupancy. Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to reinforce standards and procedures. Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory; submit requisitions as needed. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms and public areas to the appropriate department. Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols. Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
