What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate sterile processing operations to ensure seamless patient care support
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment within the department
Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and reporting of surgical instruments and supplies
Train and develop staff, fostering a team-oriented environment
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with hospital staff to meet operational and patient care needs
Monitor departmental efficiency and quality standards

What You Need

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of sterile processing or surgical tech experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Strong computer and communication skills

Preferred:

Surgical technology certifications (CRCST, CSPDT, CST)
Experience as a scrub tech or in hospital surgical settings
