Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working in educational settings with diverse student populations
• Strong assessment and counseling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of best practices in special education, behavioral intervention, and crisis response
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide counseling services to students individually or in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and needs
• Assist in crisis intervention and offer support in emergency situations
• Participate in student support meetings and contribute to data-driven educational decisions
• Promote mental health, social-emotional learning, and positive school climates
