Mechanical Engineer (High Performance Buildings / Design-Build Engineering Consulting) Job Summary: We are looking for a Mid Level to Senior Level Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on conceptual design and retro-fit projects for high-performance buildings across biotech, labs, healthcare, science & technology, mission critical, and commercial facilities. Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 per year. Location: San Francisco, CA. Qualifications BS/MS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering. PE License or EIT Preferred, Not Required. 6-8+ years of Mechanical Engineering & Design Experience (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, CHP, etc.). Expertise in Conceptual Design as well as Existing Building Retro‑Fit Projects. High Performance Buildings experience design; Mechanical/HVAC systems for Biotech, Labs, Healthcare, Science & Technology, Mission Critical, and Commercial facilities.
