Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, Missouri (MO) seeks an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join their busy and collegial team.

Position Overview:
- Join a collaborative Women's Health team of OB/GYNs, CNMs, and WHNPs in a supportive, physician-friendly environment
- Flexible 4-day work week with 1:6 call
- Practice with confidence in a Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatology support (~1,000 deliveries/year; no circumcisions)
- Advanced technology including Da Vinci robotics, EPIC EMR, and AI scribe to streamline workflow

Compensation/Benefits:
- $450K guarantee and uncapped earning potential
- $200K sign-on bonus
- PSLF eligible + up to $75K/year in loan repayment
