Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Contract)
Immediate need | Potential to convert to full-time Join a fast-paced team supporting custom orders during a high-volume season. This is a ~3-month project starting ASAP , with potential for long-term opportunity. What You'll Do:- Coordinate custom order execution
- Review detailed specifications (customization, personalization, configurations) for accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally to manage timelines, inventory, and fulfillment
- Track order status and proactively communicate delays, shortages, or issues
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Experience with custom orders, fulfillment, or value-added processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with AS400 or similar systems is a plus ⚡ Start: ASAP (targeting next week)
