Family Law Associate Attorney

Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney for their San Antonio, Texas office. This position offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for remote work and in-person engagements as required by courts and clients. Responsibilities Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters. Engage in direct client communications and draft legal documents. Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations. Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting. Requirements 0-3 years of family law experience preferred. Active admission to the Texas State Bar. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas.
