Registered Nurse RN

Tele RNWe are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract. The position requires a strong skill set in patient care and monitoring in a telemetry setting. Ideal candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring close observation and assessment.Shift DetailsStart Date: ASAPShift: Days (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor patients' vital signs and interpret telemetry readings.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.Document patient information clearly and accurately in electronic medical records.Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge planning.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license.BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS and SAMA certification preferred.Must have a permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in a telemetry or step-down unit is preferred.Why Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient-centered care, with a team committed to clinical excellence and professional growth.
