Your Role as a Graduate Student: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center‑based setting (ages 18 months–8 years). Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Track progress and collect data to support skill‑building in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Assist BCBAs with caregiver training, clinical documentation, and data review. Participate in indirect supervision activities such as literature reviews, team meetings, and individualized programming. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, values‑based team rooted in patient‑first care and service from the heart. What You Bring to the Team: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active RBT certification. Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or special education. Reliable transportation and a flexible, collaborative mindset. Ready to Make an Impact?
