Overview Bronx, New York – Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Full‑time, onsite, hospital‑employed position within a large, non‑profit health and teaching hospital network. The NP will work alongside an established dermatology team to diagnose and treat skin‑related conditions, and will also handle administrative and compliance duties. Responsibilities Diagnose and develop treatment plans for skin‑related conditions. Conduct skin evaluations and recommend treatments. Perform procedures, including skin biopsies, cryosurgery, and phototherapy. Educate patients on skincare routines and dermatologic treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams. Perform administrative and compliance duties as required. Qualifications Board certified or truly board eligible NP. At least 6 months of post‑training, dermatology‑specific clinical experience. Full‑time availability; onsite staffing required. Proficiency with EMR systems (AllScripts). Strong communication and patient‑education skills. Compensation Base NP salary: $154,185. Master’s degree stipend: $2,000. Additional compensation based on years of experience: 10 years: $9,000; 9 years: $8,000; 8 years: $7,000; 7 years: $6,000; 6 years: $5,000; 5 years: $4,000; 4 years: $3,000; 3 years: $2,000.
