Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and modifications, ensuring a seamless experience. Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, delivering exceptional service and support. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and quality of service. Collaborate with various agency departments to align customer needs with available products and services. Qualifications Valid Property and Casualty License. Valid Life and Health License. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
