This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment of business needsTrack inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning to maintain appropriate stock availabilityCommunicate with vendors regarding order status, lead times, pricing updates, and delivery schedulesSupport inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment tracking and issue resolutionMaintain accurate supply chain records within ERP and inventory management systemsAssist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepanciesPrepare reports related to inventory, purchasing activity, supplier performance, and operational metricsCollaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to support efficient order fulfillmentIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance supply chain performanceEnsure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards while supporting continuous improvement initiativesQualifications2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or related operations rolesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and OutlookExperience utilizing ERP, procurement, or inventory management systemsSolid understanding of inventory management, purchasing processes, and supply chain operationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferredPreferred ExperiencePurchase order management and vendor coordinationInventory planning, cycle counting, and stock control activitiesERP system utilization and supply chain reportingShipping, receiving, and logistics coordinationManufacturing, distribution, industrial, or logistics industry experienceCompensation & BenefitsPay range: $31.00–$38.00 per hourFull-time opportunityFully onsite position in Tomball, TexasCollaborative and team-oriented work environmentOpportunity for professional growth and advancement within supply chain operationsInterested candidates are encouraged to apply for confidential consideration.
