WoodSpring Suites Medford • Medford , OR , US Posted 2 days ago Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines. Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. Qualifications Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
