We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role focuses on helping customers explore wireless technology, smartphones, and connectivity solutions while delivering a high-quality, consultative sales experience.

What You’ll Do
- Engage customers through in-person customer engagement in a retail setting
- Guide customers through wireless, smartphone, and connectivity solutions
- Open and activate new customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build rapport and deliver a positive, solutions-focused customer experience
- Track sales activity and performance using company systems
- Stay current on products, promotions, and service offerings

- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
What We Offer:
- Weekly pay
- Compensation: $15/hour guaranteed base pay, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Average total earnings are approximately $25/hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.
