Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their established private practice in San Diego, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a consistent three-day work week.

What You'll Do
- Administer local anesthetic in accordance with California regulations.
- Ensure patient comfort before treatment begins.
- Monitor patients for safety and comfort following anesthetic administration.
- Accurately document anesthetic administration in patient records.
- Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Local anesthesia certification required.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Ability to create a calm and comfortable experience for patients.
