Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM-11:30 AM

No weekends, nights, or on-call requirements

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Private Practice

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic practice in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, or Niceville, FL. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, sign-on bonus, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates are welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida PT license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
• Florida-licensed PTs and PTAs may be considered.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

• Patient volume: 1-2 patients/hour, with 1 hour allocated for evaluations.
• Patient population: High school age through geriatric, primarily ages 30-55.
