Seasonal RN - Float Pool (Observation & Direct Care)

Baptist Health is seeking qualified Direct Patient Care Registered Nurses to join our Seasonal Nursing Pool in Florida. This temporary program offers 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week contracts with 12-hour shifts, three per week, including every other weekend, totaling 36 hours weekly. Seasonal staff are not eligible for PTO or standard benefits; float to all hospital areas as needed.
