Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor (PM Shift) Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (may be subject to change based on operational needs) Location: Ewing, NJ We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within our cannabis production facility. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing trimming, packaging, and processing while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. What You’ll Do Supervise daily production operations (trim, packaging, processing) Lead, coach, and develop team members Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, company policies, and safety standards Maintain quality control and product consistency Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities Track production data and maintain accurate records Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste What We’re Looking For 2+ years of supervisory experience (cannabis or production environment preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems Strong communication skills and work ethic EOE Justice Cannabis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
