Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product marketing strategies for semiconductor components. Conduct market analysis and identify business development opportunities. Promote electronic components to customers across ASEAN, India, and ANZ. Manage supply and demand planning (PSI) between HQ and customers. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and budgets. Prepare budgets, mid-term forecasts, and consolidate marketing data. Work closely with distributors, business partners, and customers. Present market insights and business strategies to management. Key Requirements Diploma or Degree holder. 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics components industry. Strong understanding of semiconductor products and market trends. Ability to analyse markets, make business recommendations, and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel, including to emerging markets. Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills. Ideal Candidate A commercially driven semiconductor professional with experience in product marketing, market analysis, business development, and demand planning, who is comfortable working with regional stakeholders and supporting business growth across multiple markets.
