Description: Project Manager 1 Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph). Capabilities: Prepare a resource-informed, high-level roadmap of key effort activities for up to 5 years Provide analysis of operational objectives and prepare plans to meet objectives Prepare a work breakdown structure and schedule for projects Estimate LOE required to complete a given project. Understand team member strengths and weaknesses and use to make optimal work assignments. Direct and manage the activities of a project team Provide project and activity status reports to include input needed for PMRs. Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives Perform routine, and non-SETA activities to support government procurement actions Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff Review project risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same Working directly with technical leads to allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same Mitigate project risks and issues that occur Document system and project process improvements Required Qualifications: TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph Five (5) years experience in managing projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. Two (2) years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 ( Annually ) Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; annual hours worked; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
