Experienced Veterinarian | Small Animal GP + Urgent Care | Full-Time |Burnsville, Minnesota

We're currently supporting a highly regarded, AAHA-accredited and Fear Free–certified small animal practice in Burnsville, MN that is seeking an Experienced Veterinarian to join a growing, collaborative team. This opportunity is ideal for confident clinicians who enjoy practicing high-quality medicine, are comfortable with surgery and occasional solo DVM days, and want to be part of a hospital that values innovation, teamwork, and compassionate care.

The Practice Environment

• Established small animal general practice serving the Minneapolis South metro area |  GP and urgent care services
• AAHA-accredited | Fear Free–certified
• Current ~1.5–2:1 technician-to-DVM support, with staffing scaling alongside growth
• Loyal, long-standing client base that seeks high-quality medicine and values learning and innovation
• Open to DVMs interested in seeing exotics (optional)

Medicine, Surgery & Tools

• Diverse small animal GP caseload with exposure to urgent care cases
• Confident in surgery and comfortable managing occasional solo DVM days
• AI scribe support to significantly reduce documentation time and enhance work-life balance
• Wellness plans designed to make preventative care accessible through affordable monthly options
• Modern, fully equipped hospital featuring: Digital radiography | Butterfly ultrasound with shared full-body ultrasound access | IDEXX in-house laboratory + Imagyst diagnostics | Fully equipped surgical and dental suite with advanced anesthesia monitoring
