**Join Our Dynamic ICU Nursing Team!** Are you a passionate ICU Registered Nurse looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exhilarating opportunity for you to provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill adult patients in an intensive care setting. Be part of a collaborative healthcare team where your skills and expertise shine! **Key Responsibilities:** * Assess, monitor, and evaluate the condition of critically ill patients. * Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments safely and accurately. * Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps. * Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status. * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR). * Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and ancillary staff to create individualized care plans. * Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including Code Blue events. * Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge preparations. * Maintain strict infection prevention standards and adhere to hospital policies. * Float to comparable critical care units as needed, demonstrating your versatility. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact license. * Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required. * Prior travel nursing experience preferred. * Experience caring for ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients preferred. **Required Certifications:** * Current Basic Life Support (BLS). * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). **Preferred Clinical Skills:** Experience with: * Mechanical ventilation. * Arterial lines. * Central venous catheters. * Vasopressor and titratable drips. * Cardiac monitoring. * Sepsis management. * Rapid sequence response. * Hemodynamic monitoring. * Sedation and pain management. * Critical care documentation. **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed. * Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. * Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. **Schedule:** * 12-hour shifts (Nights) from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. * On-call requirements based on facility needs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
