Job ID : 00654445 Location : Saint Alphonsus Health System, Nampa, ID Start Date : ASAP Weeks : 13 Hours : 3 x 12 Shift : Night Gross Weekly Rate : $2,340.00 Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks Hours per week : 36 Shift type : 12‑hour night shifts Employment type : Travel Responsibilities Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations or regions. Apply standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines. Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience in the practice area. Retain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes. Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices. Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities. Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities. Minimum Qualifications Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Graduate of a two‑year advanced practitioner – Accredited Respiratory Therapist program (registry eligible). Valid state license in respiratory care, if required in the state of assignment. Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other health personnel. Analytical skills to identify patient needs. Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
