About the Opportunity

The Weatherspoon Agency is looking for licensed life insurance professionals who are interested in a remote opportunity with lead support, mentorship, client appointment structure, and long-term leadership growth.

This role is designed for agents who want more structure, support, and development while serving clients through virtual appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
• Review available benefit and coverage options
• Help clients make informed decisions
• Follow a structured client-service process
• Complete online documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Develop toward leadership opportunities if desired

Licensing and Appointments

Licensed candidates may be able to move through the process more quickly. If selected, we will review contracting, complete your state appointments with American Income Life, and explain onboarding steps.
