Program AnalystSalary Range: $72,000 $98,000 annually

About the Role
The Program Analyst supports datadriven planning, analytics, and project execution for longterm space and facility planning initiatives.
From the document:* Examine large data sets to identify trends, develop charts, and create visual presentations to help organizations make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Attend Space Management Team meetings and working groups.

Conduct database research and collaborate with Informatics.

Analyze data and develop charts, dashboards, and visual products.

Translate space requirements into longterm project plans.

Support site surveys and space move planning.

Review assessments for compliance with federal standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 2+ years in data analytics and 1+ year in project management.

Knowledge of SQL, R or SAS, data modeling, and statistical analysis.

Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools.

Experience with GIS (ArcGIS preferred).

Strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements
Extended periods of computerbased work.

Occasional onsite surveys.
