We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time (40 hours/week) and on‑site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full‑time positions, not internships. Tesla is seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to join our North America Sales and Delivery Organization, supporting the Business Generation team. In this high‑impact role, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic outbound programs and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and market penetration. As a Business Generation Project Manager – Media & Partnerships Coordinator, you will get the rare opportunity to grow a program to measurably impact top‑of‑funnel growth and conversions. This key role will drive cross‑functional alignment, manage complex initiatives, and build scalable systems and resources that empower Tesla's field teams to grow their relationships with media. Evaluating performance and KPIs is critical to the success of the program. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure program success from start to finish. What You'll Do Build and manage centralized resources for field enablement—including toolkits, playbooks, and request portals that support a repeatable and efficient go‑to‑market strategy. Identify and evaluate new growth and media opportunities for strategic participation. Outreach and coordination with external media on local and national engagements. Analyze and interpret data trends to develop data‑driven strategies for program optimization. Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional stakeholder communication. Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, resource utilization, and program delivery through automation, standardization, and best practices.
