2 years of PCU/stepdown/ICU experience required
*travelers must have ICU experience as well as PCU nurses will float to the ICU unit
PLEASE READ: This is Stepdown Role that frequently floats to ICU units and MedSurg units.

MUST be comfortable doing both!
Ratios are as follows: Stepdown 1:4-5; ICU 1:2, MS: 1:5-6
