Are you an experienced caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and knows how important dignity, patience, and safety are when helping someone with their daily routine?

At Home Instead , we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with personal care experience to help older adults remain safe, independent, and engaged in the lives they love.

Full-Time Daytime Availability

We're hiring experienced caregivers who can provide consistent full-time availability between 8 AM and 5 PM .

We don't require a specific set of days, but we're looking for caregivers who can maintain a reliable and consistent weekly schedule within these daytime hours.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting wage: $17 per hour

What You'll Do

This role goes beyond companionship. Depending on the client's care plan, you'll provide:

• Hands-on personal care , including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting-related assistance
• Mobility support and help safely navigating the home
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Clear communication about changes or concerns

Throughout each visit, you'll help clients do as much as they safely can for themselves while stepping in confidently when support is needed.

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have previous caregiving experience that includes hands-on personal care
• Can maintain consistent full-time availability between 8 AM and 5 PM
• Are comfortable with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting-related needs, and mobility support
• Understand how to protect a client's dignity and independence while providing personal care
• Are dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and follow a care plan
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
