Clinical Excellence Trainer: On-the-Go Coaching

Millennium Physician Group seeks a Clinical Excellence Trainer to coach clinical, clerical, and provider staff across North Carolina. You will design trainings, observe workflows, and drive improvements in practice operations and EHR utilization to boost efficiency and patient care. Travel up to 80% is required. An associate degree with 3+ years in a medical practice is required; CMA/RMA or LPN is a plus.
