Job Responsibilities: Manage the planning, development, and production of menu items Oversee the culinary team including hiring, training and developing teammates, managing performance including reviews, and succession planning Maintain standards for facility and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Assist in budget process and forecasting for business, maintaining financial oversight of operational cost to budget Oversee ordering/receiving, cost transfers, variance reports and inventory control of all food, beverages, and supplies purchased Oversee BOH scheduling and labor controls to include weekly BOH payroll processing Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors or Culinary degree preferred ServSafe certification or regional equivalent required 3-5 years of restaurant experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience required Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a shift, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends Must be able to communicate fluently in English Skiing or snowboarding is not a requirement for this job. The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $30.15/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
