SPA Receptionist

Job TitleFairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional for a luxury hospitality role.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Welcome guests warmly and professionally while creating a calm, inviting, and luxury-oriented atmosphereSchedule spa treatments, fitness appointments, wellness services, and facility reservations accurately and efficientlyProvide detailed information regarding spa services, fitness offerings, retail products, promotions, and hotel amenitiesProcess guest check-ins, payments, retail transactions, and appointment confirmations accuratelyMaintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards within reception, retail, lounge, and fitness areasCoordinate guest requests and communicate effectively with Spa Therapists, Fitness Attendants, and operational teamsMonitor appointment schedules and support efficient guest flow throughout the spa and fitness facilitiesAssist with retail merchandising, inventory support, and product presentation as assignedMaintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding guest information and wellness servicesRespond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service recovery opportunitiesSupport spa events, wellness programs, VIP experiences, and promotional initiatives as assignedFollow all hotel policies, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety standardsUphold luxury hospitality standards through professionalism, appearance, and exceptional guest engagementQualificationsRequirements include:Previous spa, wellness, hospitality, Front Desk, retail, or guest service experience preferredLuxury hotel or spa experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and customer service abilitiesAbility to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced guest-facing environmentBasic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling or POS systems preferredProfessional appearance and polished demeanor requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest informationAbility to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as operationally requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
