CT Technologist

Location: Englewood, CO

Floor: 3rd Floor

Building: Main Hospital

This unit features:

• 3 CT scanners, soon to be 4
• Staffing includes 13 members: 8 full-time, 1 part-time, and 3 PRN, plus 1 transporter
• Equipment includes: GE Revolution 512 scanner, GE Evolution 128 scanner, GE 64 slice scanner in outpatient, and a 128 GE Frontier to be implemented
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Meditech

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital CT Tech experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ARRT (R) certification

Preferred skills include:

• Experience with trauma and stroke cases
• IV skills

Typical procedures performed:

• Stroke assessments
• Trauma imaging
• Head and chest scans
• Abdomen/pelvis and CTA
