Java Developer NoSQL Microservices Spring Boot

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Java Developer on behalf of our client in Atlanta, GA to join a development team working on scalable, containerized applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience along with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java.
Develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot .
Apply object-oriented design and development principles.
Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Couchbase.
Develop and support applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment .
Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and application enhancements.
Contribute to technical discussions and follow established software development practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Science, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3 4 years of professional Java development experience .
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development .
Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and Microservices .
Experience with NoSQL databases , including MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes .
Experience working in an Agile development environment .
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale microservices.
Experience with multiple NoSQL database technologies.
Exposure to modern cloud-native application development and containerized architectures.
