Strategic L&D Program Manager: Data-Driven Training

Tangent in Aurora, IL, is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager responsible for managing employee learning programs from strategy to execution. This pivotal role includes maintaining training documentation, overseeing the training calendar, and partnering with local educational institutions for continuing education programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and over 5 years of experience in training program management.
