Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to patient care and safety.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses; maintain and update care plans.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate as needed while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Ability to work in a hospital OR environment and participate in a travel assignment; adaptable to new teams and processes
