We are currently seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Tulsa, OK!

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, producing quality products, and being part of a productive, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or metal fabrication. Experience with roll forming equipment, CNC machines, or industrial production machinery is a plus, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial manufacturing equipment to produce metal components according to customer specifications.
• Set up and adjust machinery based on production requirements and work orders.
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production instructions.
• Verify materials, dimensions, and specifications before beginning production.
• Monitor machinery throughout the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products using tape measures, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Perform basic shop math, including measuring, counting, and verifying product dimensions.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production inconsistencies.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments as needed.
• Assist with moving, stacking, and organizing materials throughout the production area.
• Cross-train on additional machinery and in other production departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating roll forming machines, CNC equipment, or metal fabrication machinery is a strong plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience operating overhead cranes preferred.
• Forklift operating experience or certification is a plus.
• Ability to follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in different areas of production.
