Legal Secretary - Litigation Section

As a legal secretary, you will manage a number of administrative and clerical tasks to support our litigation section. Responsibilities Assist and support lawyers and paralegals Schedule and organize meetings Review and verify legal documents and correspondence Draft and revise letters and correspondence Maintain filing and archival systems Maintain office supplies Required Qualifications High school diploma required; associate’s degree or college preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills, including familiarity with case management software Integrity and discretion Beneficial Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) capabilities Notary Public Prior legal experience To apply, please upload your cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.
