Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,227–$2,376 Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract length: 16 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights, Fri/Sat/Sun, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Start date: 09/14/2026 Location: Lawrenceville, GA travel assignment Holiday coverage: must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve) Responsibilities Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images for patients across the lifespan, from neonates to geriatrics, following department protocols. Properly position and immobilize patients; administer or assist with contrast media as indicated; monitor patients for safety and comfort during scanning. Acquire high-quality images for trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural and routine exams; adapt protocols for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient cases. Maintain radiation safety and ALARA principles; perform routine quality checks and assist with equipment maintenance as needed; document procedures and ensure accurate image labeling. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses and other care team members; communicate findings and coordinate workflow to support timely patient care. Ensure a patient-centered approach, provide clear instructions, and uphold professional standards and hospital policies.
