Headache Medicine Physician – Phoenix Headache Institute – Scottsdale, AZ December 18, 2025 Phoenix Headache Institute is seeking a fellowship trained headache physician for a new headache clinic in the beautiful setting of Scottsdale, AZ. Phoenix Headache Institute is part of Foothills Neurology, which is one of the largest private neurology practices in Arizona. For more information about Foothills Neurology: Position This is a 100% outpatient-based clinic setting. Candidate would be working with a senior headache physician and alongside 3-4 advanced practice providers. The clinic holds an infusion center staffed by a full-time infusion nurse. The 4,000 square foot facility was designed specifically for headache medicine. This is a full-time position in the clinic with 10-20% telehealth. No hospital work is required. Income is productivity based and could be substantial for the right physician. Candidate would be working closely with advanced practice providers which will add significantly to productivity. An income guarantee of up to $350,000/year is offered. Relocation and signing bonus up to $35,000. Group medical/dental insurance available. Basic Qualifications Being board certified/eligible in neurology is preferred, but training in other specialties is acceptable if sufficient training or experience in headache medicine can be demonstrated.
