• Experience designing enterprise-grade AWS network architectures
• Experience with multi-account AWS environments using Control Tower and Organizations
• Strong experience with hybrid connectivity and global network architecture
• Experience designing Zero-Trust and micro-segmented network environments
• Experience migrating multi-tier legacy applications from on-premises to AWS
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with network performance monitoring and observability
• Experience optimizing AWS data-transfer and egress costs
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve complex architectural and disaster recovery challenges
