Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation facility, where you will work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team of healthcare professionals. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with flexible work hours available between 8 am to 5 pm, accommodating the needs of both our staff and patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills to identify specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment strategies using a variety of techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education, ensuring alignment with best practices in orthopedic care.
• Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to physical therapy interns and students, enhancing their educational experience through hands-on teaching.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation that addresses all aspects of patients' recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Restore Strength, you will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
