Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate, compassionate nursing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic treatments
• Use evidence-based practices to support patient recovery and deliver optimal outcomes
• Document care accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and staff to facilitate informed decision-making and patient comfort
• Respond swiftly to the changing conditions of patients, escalating care needs promptly as required
• Support ongoing improvement efforts and participate in relevant training or educational sessions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid LPN or RN license in good standing
• Experience in healthcare setting; Med Surg experience preferred for RN applicants
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
• CPR/BLS certification (current or willingness to obtain)
• Strong documentation and electronic health record proficiency
