Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager - EVSE Pay Range: $78,000 - $120,000 (Annual) Location: Remote Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) or the solar industry. As a rapidly expanding product line, EVSE presents a strategic growth area for MSI, a trusted total solution provider. With substantial investment in engineering to meet global market demand, the BDM will play a pivotal role in driving success by establishing and managing regional sales channels across both B2C and B2B markets. What you will DO: Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the EVSE product line and services. Client Relationship Management: develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer demand, and track key accounts' activities to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Conduct product hardware and software solution demonstrations and present the Solution Portfolio. Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure RFP proposals are accepted and delivered with high customer satisfaction. Collect customer voice to optimize our design from the technology and market demand standpoints. What you will NEED: Experience in Technical Sales or Business Development for at least 5 years. New organization or new product/solution development experience. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of EVSE policy and new energy trends in the North Americas market.
