We're actively seeking a Lincoln-Certified Service Technician to join our high-performing team. If youre experienced in advanced diagnostics, capable of handling detailed repairs, and looking for consistent hours in a productive shop, we want to hear from you.
Our team consistently operates at 130% shop efficiency, ensuring a steady flow of work and plenty of hours for motivated technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Completing assigned repairs with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to Lincolns standards
- Troubleshooting drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues using factory diagnostic equipment
- Performing test drives and verifying repair success
- Carrying out warranty repairs according to OEM guidelines
- Collaborating with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers
- Assisting junior team members when needed to support shop efficiency
- Staying current with Lincoln-specific repair methods, tools, and updates
Qualifications:
- Current Lincoln certification (required)
- 35+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Solid understanding of engine, drivetrain, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with factory diagnostic tools (FDRS, IDS, or equivalent)
- A team-first mindset and willingness to help mentor others
- Strong time management and documentation habits
- A valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Desire to learn and grow with a forward-thinking service department
