Management & Program Analyst

Job Title

Major Duties include the following:

• Analyzes organization's mission, work process methods and procedures in order to develop workload factors and statistical indicators.
• Identifies staffing shortages and assists in the development or recommendations for corrective actions.
• Analyzes and prepares program status reports for review at all levels.
• Collects and analyzes data to determine effective application of policies and procedures.
• Prepares a variety of recurring and special action reports utilizing data from various files and records.
• Applies analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Member Services activities.
• Participates and provides significant input in planning and management studies.
• Gathers, analyze, and evaluate complex, factual, historical, and statistical data to independently develop and coordinate concept plans and trend data.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Central Time Zone

Telework: This position may be authorized for telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.

Virtual: This position may be authorized for Virtual Work. Virtual Work eligibility is for current VA employees that are already subject to the return to in person work mandate in their current position.

Definition of Virtual Work: Employee works outside of original hiring duty station at a VA owned or leased space.

Return to Office (RTO): RTO mandates are in affect and selectees will be required to report to in person work unless they have an approved exemption already in place.
